Dialysis is the only option for patients with renal insufficiency and creatinine 620

Dialysis is the only option for patients with renal insufficiency and creatinine 620 Is dialysis the only option for patients with renal insufficiency with creatinine 620? It is known that dialysis is the most common therapy for renal failure, and in general after the level of creatinine in a patient high level up to 600, the doctor will recommend them to undergo dialysis. Thus, it appears that patients with renal insufficiency with creatinine 620 should undergo dialysis. But it's true?

Is dialysis the only option for patients with renal insufficiency with creatinine 620?

Frankly speaking, dialysis is not the only option for patients with renal insufficiency with a high level of creatinine, kidney transplantation and some unique Chinese medicines that may be an alternative to dialysis. That is, as a patient with kidney failure, you can choose the appropriate treatment according to your own condition.

Renal transplantation for the treatment of renal failure

Renal transplantation, which was considered the most effective method of treatment, can help a patient with renal insufficiency live a life of high quality without dialysis. However, this will cost the patient a large amount of money. Moreover, the search for a donor will take a long time. Plus, a new kidney can fail again.

Chinese medicine to treat kidney failure

An innovative approach to Chinese medicine brings hope to a patient with renal insufficiency who wants to live a quality life away from dialysis, he can improve kidney function, restoring damaged kidneys and protecting them from further damage. With the help of Chinese medicine, a patient with renal insufficiency may be able to control his illness without dialysis and kidney transplantation.

If you want to know more information about Chinese medicine or want to treat kidney failure without dialysis, you can send us an email lovekidney2010@hotmail.com or WhatsApp / Viber +8615833993533 , we will try to help you.

How to stop low kidney function in kidney failure

How to stop low kidney function in kidney failure How to stop low kidney function with kidney failure? Kidney disease is a progressive disease, as it has developed into kidney failure, the kidney function will rapidly decline. In fact, all kidney patients will experience a decrease in kidney function, and once this procedure begins, it is difficult to stop or improve it. However, if the patient can find and take appropriate treatment in a timely manner, he can get a chance to solve this problem.

How to stop renal function in renal failure?

The root cause of kidney failure in kidney function is the worsening of nephron necrosis, so if you want to improve it, you need to find a cure for the repair of disturbed nephrons.

Osmoterapiya Micro-Chinese medicine is an effective tool for the treatment of kidney disease, it has shown a remarkable healing effect when restoring damaged nephrons and protecting them from further damage.

How can Osmotherapy of micro-Chinese medicine stop kidney function?

Osmoterapiya Micro Chinese medicine is an externally applied therapy in which it uses a variety of Chinese herbs based on a particular patient's disease.

On the one hand, effective drugs can expand blood vessels to increase the excretion of waste and pathogenic substances from the body.

On the other hand, Chinese medicines can activate self-healing and self-healing from damaged tissues and kidney cells. If the renal structure can be reversed, the renal function will be significantly improved in renal failure.

Renal failure with a high level of creatinine Is dialysis useful

Renal failure with a high level of creatinine Is dialysis useful to a patient with kidney failure and a serum creatinine level of 7.9. My doctor recommends dialysis, but I do not want to take it. Does it help me avoid dialysis? Or are there other options for me?

According to your claimed, your creatinine level is much higher than normal. Creatinine is formed from muscle catabolism and meat consumed by you. And urea is generated from dietary protein and tissue protein. Under normal circumstances, they can be excreted from the body by the kidneys. As soon as the kidneys go wrong, they accumulate in the blood and cause further damage to the kidneys. As a toxin, it should be removed through the kidneys. As soon as it increases, only 30-50% of kidney function remains. In your case, it is time for you to take proper treatment, as soon as the condition continues to develop, you will have to face dialysis in the near future.

Is dialysis really useful for treating kidney failure?

Dialysis can alleviate some of the symptoms, but can not treat the kidney problem. Although it can remove some toxins, the macromolecular toxin still remains in the body to damage the kidneys again. In addition, it can remove the food of our body. A long time for this. The patient will be weaker and weaker, the immunity will be lower and lower. It can easily bring many side effects, such as fatigue, lack of appetite and others. After the beginning of dialysis, if there is no other way, the patient should often take dialysis, so we do not suggest the patient to take it.

Are there other treatment options for patients with renal insufficiency with a high level of creatinine?

One of our important treatments for kidney disease is osmotherapy of micro-Chinese medicine, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine and refers to the reserved method. We use it to help many patients from 64 countries improve kidney function and get rid of dialysis. Whether the patient can accept this or not, depending on the patient's condition.

If you are interested in this therapy or want to avoid dialysis, you can leave a message for us, we will try our best to help you. Our email: lovekidney2010@hotmail.com, Whatsapp / Viber +8615833993533 .

Are there effective methods of treating renal failure?

Are there effective methods of treating renal failure? Are there any more effective methods of treating renal failure? As we all know, kidney failure is an advanced stage of kidney disease, it is difficult to cure. Without good control, this will affect the patient's life in many aspects. Moreover, this can put the life of the patient at great risk. Dialysis is the most common way to treat this disease, but this is not the best treatment.

Why is dialysis not the best method for treating patients with renal insufficiency?

Dialysis is the fastest way to clear some of the toxin from the body, it can take on some of the kidney function to temporarily remove the level of creatinine, but it can not treat kidney disease and repair a damaged glomerulus

Dialysis also causes many side effects, such as fatigue, muscle cramps, skin itching and infection. Moreover, it affects the heart, which causes heart disease, thus threatening the life of the patient.

Is there any better treatment for kidney failure than dialysis?

In fact, the Seven Therapy is a series of procedures based on traditional Chinese medicine, it has seven different treatments, and each has its own characteristics in the treatment of kidney disease. Cooperating with each other, they can get kidney disease under good control. If the patient can receive this systematic treatment in a timely manner, they can get their illness reversed so that they have the opportunity to live a quality life without dialysis.

Seven therapy refers to hot compress therapy, bath therapy, full bath therapy, cauterization therapy, oral Chinese medicine therapy, cyclical therapy and enema treatment. If you are interested in these methods of treating kidney failure or want to live a quality life without dialysis, you can send us an email to lovekidney2010@hotmail.com or leave a message below, we will try to help you.

Why patients with renal failure easily tolerate fever and how to treat it

Why patients with renal insufficiency easily tolerate fever and how to treat it. Why do patients with renal insufficiency easily tolerate fever and how to treat it? Fever is common in patients with chronic renal failure, which is even worse, it will accelerate the progression of this disease. First, fever can cause an increase in the protein content in the urine, increase the burden on the kidneys, and this will affect the use of medications, which will lead to a rebound disease.

Why is it easy to get a fever in patients with kidney failure?

Due to strict dietary restrictions, patients with chronic renal failure lose large amounts of protein and fiber, which reduces the patient's immune system, so patients are particularly vulnerable to infections, including upper respiratory tract infections, skin infections, intestinal infections, urinary tract infections, E. When the body's immune system will fight these infections, the patient will have a high fever.

How to treat a fever with kidney failure?

1. The immune system should be improved: provide adequate nutrition and proper exercise - the main method. For patients with low grade fever, it is best not to take medication to prevent kidney damage. If you really can not stand to see a doctor to prescribe a treatment to the patient. The key is treatment.

2. leave: bed rest, when the symptoms are obvious, no obvious symptoms, but also in order to avoid physical labor; Edema, hypertension, obviously, should be in a diet low in salt.

3. anti-infection: for the prevention and treatment of infection, remove infected lesions, attention to diet, do not eat leftovers, roadside insanitary things, pay attention to the warm cold to ensure clean skin and often wash clothes.

4. Remission is necessary to pay attention to rest, in order to avoid fatigue; Prevent foci of infection; Avoid drug use, damage the kidneys;

In general, patients with chronic kidney failure due to institutional fever, in turn, have a kidney failure fever. Thus, prevention and timely treatment are necessary. If you want to find effective treatment of renal failure and the symptoms caused by it, you can send us an e-mail  lovekidney2010@hotmail.com, Whatsapp +8615833993533 , we will try to help you.

How to Deal with Renal failure Patients with High Potassium

The high potassium is responsibility to Renal failure patients? what is the harm of High potassium? How should the kidney failure patients deal with the high potassium? Hyperkalemia for most of the patients with renal failure is a common complication, these problems should be a problem in all the patients with high potassium. In this article we will answer several problems one by one, hoping which will to bring help to you.

Renal failure in patients with high potassium is how to return a responsibility?
1. Due to kidney damage and renal function decrease, resulting in too much potassium in the body can't normal eduction body outside, too much potassium accumulation in the body can cause hyperkalemia.

2. Kidney failure patients constitution is generally weak, vulnerable to the virus invasion, causing inflammation and infection, increase the body of toxins, cause the symptom such as fever. Fever can cause the body catabolism increased, the intracellular potassium ion transfer to the outside of a cell, make the patient's blood potassium content increases.

3. Kidney failure patients usually have symptoms of anemia, if by means of blood transfusion to improve symptoms of anemia may result in higher potassium, because part of the red blood cells in the blood of the inventory has decomposition, potassium ions released within the red blood cells, to enter the body cause potassium content increased.

4. If kidney failure patients on the diet excessive intake of patients with the high price of food and drugs can also cause increase of potassium in the body.
harms of Hyperkalemia

High potassium can cause different degree of harm to human body, such as: finger numbness, fatigue, muscle weakness, chest tightness, stiff tongue, speech difficulties, such as loss of consciousness, more serious is that cause arrhythmia, or sudden cardiac arrest, and even lead to death.
At the same time, if the body is too high, the potassium content in can inhibit the absorption of calcium, go down for a long time will lead to the lack of calcium in the body, cause of renal bone disease.

There are a lot of the Chinese medical treatments which can deal with the kidney failure patients with the potassium. Such as the micro-Chinese medicine osmotehrapy and the Chinese medical steaming therapy, if you want to know them, you can send emails to kidneyhospitalabroad@hotmail.com, or add my whatsapp +86 13383015760.

How Many Years Can Renal Failure Patients Live Without Dialysis

How many years can renal failure patients live without dialysis? For patients in end stage renal disease, it may be curious about this question
How many years can a patient to live without dialysis?
Glomerular filtration rate of patients with end-stage renal disease is less than 15 ml / min, and therefore, many of the waste and toxins will accumulate in "in the blood, and that are harmful to patients with diseases. If patients do not accept dialysis at this time, they may live only a few months.
As a result, to make patients live longer, and patients with end-stage renal disease need dialysis to help remove waste and toxins from the body. Dialysis is beneficial to prolong the life of patients. Patients who accept the joint dialysis can live more than five years, while the patients who have the best body condition, and accept careful nursing, they can live longer than that. It has been reported that there are dialysis patients who live more than twenty years.
In fact, dialysis also disadvantages. On the one hand, dialysis is expensive, and as soon as the patient begins to accept dialysis, they need to accept this treatment on an ongoing basis, which will cost a lot of Almal.baladhavh, it also dialysis say on, and patients who have many complications, such as convulsions, and difficult breathing, itching, heart disease and other complications, and this will become more and more severe, which suffers the lives of patients. If quit dialysis patients at this time, it may be just a few days to weeks to live.
How to improve this condition?
To avoid dialysis, and the fundamental solution is to improve the kidney function of patients. For patients with kidney failure, it is difficult to improve the dead kidney tissue, but it is impossible to improve 'case, which can improve the patients damaged kidney cells glomerular filtration rate of more than 15 ml / min. While Western medicine may be possible to do something in this aspect, but traditional Chinese medicine is good at improving the overall health of patients, and the treatment of partial drugs is a big help in improving the state of kidney patients. Thus, traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of partial medications can be a good option for patients who need dialysis.

How to Cut Down the Dialysis for Renal Failure Patients with High Creatinine

When the renal disease worsen to the renal failure, the patients always face to do the dialysis, because it is a quick way to lower the high creatinine for the renal failure patients. However, the side effects of the dialysis make them want to cut down the dialysis.

High creatinine levels are rarely an independent problem. More often than not, this issue is a symptom of something more serious. To drop the levels permanently and improve your overall health, work with your doctor to find the underlying problem and remedy that.

· Kidney damage and chronic kidney disease are the most common causes. This damage can be caused by illness, potentially fatal infections, shock, cancer, or low blood flow.
· Type 2 diabetes is also linked to high creatinine levels.
· Other possible causes include heart failure, dehydration, excessive blood loss leading to shock, gout, physically strenuous exercise, muscle injuries, muscle disorders, and burns.
· Patients usually require dialysis when the waste products in their body become so high that they start to become sick from them. The level of the waste products usually builds up slowly. Doctors measure several blood chemical levels to help decide when dialysis is necessary. The two major blood chemical levels that are measured are the "creatinine level" and the "blood urea nitrogen" (BUN) level. As these two levels rise, they are indicators of the decreasing ability of the kidneys to cleanse the body of waste products.
· Doctors use a urine test, the "creatinine clearance," to measure the level of kidney function. The patient saves urine in a special container for one full day. The waste products in the urine and in the blood are estimated by measuring the creatinine. By comparing the blood and urine level of this substance, the doctor has an accurate idea of how well the kidneys are working. This result is called the creatinine clearance. Usually, when the creatinine clearance falls to 10-12 cc/minute, the patient needs dialysis.

There are so many Chinese medical therapies which can replace the dialysis, such as the micro-chinese medicine osmotehrapy. You can send emails to kidneyhospitalabroad@hotmail.com, and you also can send your telephone number to our email box, then we can call you timely.

Difference Between Renal Failure & Renal Insufficiency

Your renal system consists of two kidneys, the bladder, ureters, and the urethra. The ureters are tubes that deliver urine from the kidneys to the bladder, which holds urine until it is released through the urethra tube. The kidneys remove waste products and drugs, balance body fluid levels, control red blood cell production, produce a form of Vitamin D and release blood pressure-regulating hormones. These fist-size organs filter about 200 quarts of fluid every 24 hours.

Renal failure refers to temporary or permanent damage to the kidneys that results in loss of normal kidney function. There are two different types of renal failure--acute and chronic. Acute renal failure has an abrupt onset and is potentially reversible. Chronic renal failure progresses slowly over at least three months and can lead to permanent renal failure. The causes, symptoms, treatments, and outcomes of acute and chronic are different.

Renal insufficiency occurs when when the kidneys' filtration abilities diminish. Doctors use a glomerular filtration rate to define kidneys' effectiveness in filtering blood and removing waste. This GFR is calculated using serum creatinine value, along with age, gender, body size and race. Creatinine is a chemical molecule in blood that is filtered by the kidneys and measured by a blood test.

Dialysis is a procedure that is performed routinely on persons who suffer from acute or chronic renal failure, or who have ESRD. The process involves removing waste substances and fluid from the blood that are normally eliminated by the kidneys. Dialysis may also be used for individuals who have been exposed to or ingested toxic substances to prevent renal failure from occurring.

The National Kidney Foundation has established five stages of kidney disease and insufficiency. Stage 1 consists of minimal kidney disease, with a GFR of 90 percent or better. Stage 2 indicates mild kidney disease and a GFR range of 60 percent to 89 percent.

What Kind of Changes Do I Need to Make on A Renal Failure Diet?

If your kidneys failure, you need treatment to replace the work they normally do. The treatment options are dialysis or a kidney transplant. Each treatment has benefits and drawbacks. No matter which treatment you choose, you'll need to make some changes in your life, including how you eat and plan your activities. But with the help of healthcare providers, family, and friends, most people with kidney failure can lead full and active lives.

You will need to limit the amount of protein you eat to help decrease waste in your blood. Foods that are high in protein are meat, poultry (chicken and turkey), fish, eggs, and dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt). Your caregiver will tell you how much protein to eat each day.

You may need to limit the amount of phosphorus you eat. Your kidneys cannot get rid of extra phosphorus that builds up in your blood. This may cause your bones to lose calcium and weaken. Foods that are high in phosphorus are dairy products, beans, peas, nuts, and whole grains. Phosphorus is also found in cocoa, beer, and cola drinks. Your caregiver will tell you how much phosphorus you should have in your diet each day.

You will have to limit sodium if you have high blood pressure or extra fluid in your body. Limit your sodium intake to 1500 mg each day. Table salt, canned foods, soups, salted snacks, and processed meats, like deli meats and sausage, are high in sodium.

You may need to limit potassium if your caregiver tells you that your potassium blood levels are too high. Potassium is found in fruits and vegetables. You may have to limit fruits and vegetables that are high in potassium.

You may need to limit the amount of liquids you drink each day. If your body retains fluids, you will have swelling and fluid may build up in your lungs. This can cause other health problems, such as shortness of breath.

(The root cause of renal failure is fibrosis and hardening of glomeruli. Fibrosis is triggered by the micro-circulation disturbance, which results in ischemia and oxygen deficiency. Ischemia and oxygen deficiency incur renal endothelial cells damages, consequently, damaged endothelial cells will attract inflammatory cells infiltration and release pathologic inflammatory mediators. Under this circumstance, fibrosis can be activated. So blockage of fibrosis becomes vital point to treat renal failure.)

Micro-Chinese Medicine can dilate blood vessels and improve blood circulation, which solve the micro-circulation disturbance fundamentally. Moreover, Micro-Chinese Medicine is anti-inflammatory. So it is able to protect endothelial cells from being infiltration by inflammatory cells. Last but not the least, Micro-Chinese Medicine can help anti-coagulation and anti-thrombosis.

How can Renal Failure Patients Treat Proteinuria

Proteinuria is the common symptoms of kidney failure. with the release of protein, patients would suffer the many symptoms such as edema, low immunity, further kidney damage and so on. protein has functions of locking water and boost immunity, so with the lose of protein, patients suffer more and more.

Normal glomerular filtration membrane has a selective filtration function of plasma protein, which can effectively prevent most of them from being filtered out, letting only minimal amount of plasma protein enter the glomerular filtrate.
Glomerular filtration membrane has mechanical barrier and charge barrier. For Renal Failure patients, their kidney function has been damaged, that is to say, the filtration function of glomerular has been damaged. So the filtration pore will become bigger and the negative charge on filtration membrane will become weak, which causes the proteinuria. Also the leakage of proteinuria can aggravate Renal Failure in return.

How to eliminate proteinuria? We should focus on repairing the filtration function of glomerular. Here we recommend you Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy which is a traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis, without any side-effect for the human body. The active substances in medicine can helps removing blood stasis or thrombus, degrading extracellular matrixes, and dilating each level blood vessel to promote blood flowing into the kidneys. In this way, sufficient blood supply creates a great environment for the self-repairing of these damaged but still reversible cells, and prevents kidney function from further declining.

All in all, the root treatment for protein urine should be repairing the injured renal cells and reversing the kidney function, and Now if you want to know more information about the cause and treatment for protein urine in kidney failure, you can contact our online doctors, leave us messages or send email to kidneyhospitalabroad@hotmail.com, we will reply you within 24 hours.

How to Treat Creatinine Kidney Failure

There is no certain cure for renal failure, however there are some things you can do to support kidney health and provide the best chance of recovery. Fortunately, your kidneys have tremendous reserve and can keep you from having symptoms even when working at 25 percent capacity.

1. Ask your doctor if a referral to a nephrologist, or kidney specialist, is advisable. You should bring a list of every medication you take to your doctor, even ones bought over the counter or prescribed by another physician, and consult with your physician before taking any new medication. Avoid over-the-counter anti-inflammatory pain medication.

2. Monitor your blood pressure as recommended by your doctor with an accurate blood pressure cuff. Your doctors will want to keep your blood pressure below 135/85 mm Hg according to Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine. Take blood pressure medication exactly as prescribed.

3. Ask your doctor if cholesterol lowering medication is right for you. Information published in Uptodate.com by Dr. Post suggests "statins," a type of cholesterol medication, may be helpful. Also ask your doctor about taking a type blood pressure medication called an "ACE inhibitor" because this can have important effects on the kidney.

4. Drink the correct amount of fluid as recommended by your doctor. Avoid fluids that act as a diuretic, such as large amounts of alcohol and caffeinated beverages. Dehydration is harmful to your kidneys.

5. Schedule regular checkups with your doctor to check the protein levels in your urine, blood pressure, blood acidity and potassium levels.

6. Quit smoking. Smoking can damage your kidneys.

Foods Renal Failure Patients Should not Eat

High-phosphorus Food:
Patients with Kidney Failure are not allowed to eat high-phosphorus food. Excess intake of phosphorus will result in hyperphosphatemia, which will do harm to repairing damaged kidneys and their whole body. Kelp, nori, animal offal, honey and yolk rich in phosphorus are not allowed to eat.

High-fat Food:
Excessive intake of fat may lead to hyperliperia, which is not benefical to patients’ recover. Damaged kidneys will deteriorate further. Patients are not allowed to cook with animal oil. Greasy food (hamburger, beefsteak, fried drumstick and chicken wings) is also not advocated to them. Plant oil, especially maize oil is recommended to be used to cook.

High-potassium Food:
Patients with Kidney Failure had better not eat food rich in potassium, such as banana, lily, Hami melon, orange, tremella, raisin and potato. The inability of patients’ kidneys to discharge extra potassium may cause hyperkalemia, which may lead to abnormal heart rhythm and even death. Even when their disease condition can be controlled well, they are allowed to be supplied proper quantity of potassium. In this condition, patients must follow their doctor’s advice strictly.

High-salt Food:
Large intake of salt will cause water and sodium retention in blood for kidneys’ inability to discharge sodium, which may damage patients’ kidneys further. And this condition will give rise to high blood pressure, which is harmful to damaged kidneys. Patients should eat low-food food, such as seafood. When they cook, they are allowed to take a small spoon of salt in food. Consult your doctor that whether the food you eat regularly are allowed to eat.

High-protein Food:
High-protein food is not allowed to eat for them, such as beans, soymilk, melon seeds, peanut and walnut. High-quality, low protein food contributes to supplying needed protein for body and repairing damaged kidneys. Excessive intake of protein will damage glomerulis, and renal tubules. All of these will aggravate kidney fibrosis.

If you still have any follow-up questions about the foods Renal Failure patients should not eat, you can leave us a message or send us an email to doctornickzhang@hotmail.com.

Causes for Nausea in Renal Failure

Nausea is a common symptom of Renal Failure. Many patients have poor appetite and can not get enough nutrition intakes, declining their immunity seriously. Therefore, it is very important for the patients with Renal Failure to know why they have nausea.

The urea nitrogen level in Renal Failure is usually very high. The urea will be resolved by the urease in the stomach and intestine thus irritating the gastrointestinal mucosa causing inflammation and ulcer. According to some researches, the higher the urine nitrogen level is, the more serious the nausea will be.

Metabolic acidosis is also an important cause of nausea for patients with Renal Failure. As the kidneys fail to discharge the metabolic products out of body, much acid metabolites will deposit in the body, leading to metabolic acidosis. In this case, the patients may have nausea and vomit.

Some medicines also can lead to nausea. If the patients with Renal Failure use cyclophosphamide over time, it can injure their liver function leading to nausea. If the patients stop taking cyclophosphamide for a period, their liver function will recover gradually and the nausea and vomit will disappear.
If you have any follow-up questions about nausea in Renal Failure or you want to know the efficient and natural treatment for Renal Failure, you are welcomed to send us an email to doctornickzhang@hotmail.com, or you can leave us a message.

Can Acupuncture Deal with Sexual Dysfunction for Kidney Failure Patients

Some Kidney Failure patients will be affected by sexual dysfunction, which troubles them a lot. Then whether acupuncture can help them deal with this problem?

The inability of a man to maintain an erection or of a woman to achieve orgasm are both considered to be due to weaknesses of the Kidney and Liver Networks: the Kidney Network governs the reproductive organs and fertility; and the sexual arousal (physically and mentally) necessary to achieve adequate penetration, ejaculation, and orgasm is regulated by the Liver Network. Sexual desire is a fundamental life impulse and the natural expression of a person's urge to connect intimately with another as well as to procreate. Since the Kidney Network is considered to be the source of bodily life, a diminution or loss of that urge is seen as a deficiency of the Kidney Qi, which is called Essence.Acupuncture and special Chinese herbal formulas are very effective at reviving sexual desire and restoring sexual function and the fertility that goes with it.

In addition to sexual dysfunction, acupuncture can also help Kidney Failure patients deal with other symptoms like headache, nausea, vomiting, infection, fatigue and so on. Click here Can Acupuncture Cure Kidney Failure to know more.

How to Lower High Creatinine in Renal Failure

In renal failure there is actually no specific diet as it has to be customized according to your requirements. There are some basic things which need to be understood to get the best results. The renal dietician or a doctor or a nutritionist should always be consulted for a proper renal diet as per your condition.

Fluid Intake- Other fluids also contain water. So you don’t really need to reduce the fluid intake if you are not on dialysis or the urine output is not decreased and normal. Infact in this situation the fluid intake should be more to clear out things. If on dialysis, the water intake and other fluid intake should be restricted an as per the dietician’s advice

Non-Veg Diet - Usually the proteins are not recommended in kidney failure. If the patient is on haemodialysis then slightly higher intake of proteins ( Animal protein - meat, fish, cheese, eggs, milk, and Vegetable proteins - nuts, pulses (beans, lentils etc), tofu ) is recommended. The higher intake is about 100-120 gm per day and the low intake is about 40-50 gm per day.

Water Intake - The water intake can be upto 6-8 glasses per day in case there is no accumulation of water in the body. Swelling in feet, face is the sign that shows there is water retention in the body and water is accumulating in the body and kidneys are not able to remove excess water from the body. So the water intake needs to be limited and under guidance of a doctor in this case. If there is no swelling in the body and the urine output is normal, then the water intake can be 6-8 glasses or even more in case of increased creatinine levels. It helps to reduce creatinine levels naturally.

Phosphate - Too much phosphate in the blood (hyperphosphataemia) usually becomes a significant problem in the later stages of renal failure (stages 4 and 5 CKD, usually less than 20% kidney function). The problem continues for most dialysis patients, as dialysis does not remove enough phosphate unless it is very frequent or intensive. A combination of diet and medicines are usually needed. Diet alone is hardly helpful. Phosphate binders are the drugs given to decrease phosphate absorbtion from the gut.

How to lower creatinine level in blood using ayurvedic herbs and medicines
There are herbs described in Ayurvedic medicines, the traditional healthcare system of India for supporting the normal kidney functions. These herbs help to reduce the creatinine levels naturally and without causing any burden on kidneys and can be used along with all other modern procedures like dialysis or kidney medicines. Regular use of these ayurvedic medicines helps to reduce the creatinine levels and avoid dialysis.

You can directly consult online expert about list of medicines or leave us a message. we are here to help.

Can Repeated Proteinuria Cause Renal Failure

Proteinuria is a early symptom of Chronic Nephritis patients. The change of proteinuria can affect patients' moods. When "+" decreases, they will be mad with joy; when "+" increases, they will be sad. The increase of "+" can be caused by tiredness or influenza, and the increase of proteinuria and its repetition also can lead to the increase of creatinine. Patients are eager to know whether the repetition of proteinuria can cause Renal Failure.

Firstly let's see how proteinuria forms. The deposition of lot of immune complex and other substances lead to the glomerular filtration dysfunction and the plasma protein infiltrates into urine, the proteinuria forms. If the immune complex in the kidneys is not eliminated , the proteinuria will appear as soon as patients encounter influenza, tiredness and other external causes. In the treatments of proteinuria, if we don't make clear the internal factors causing disease and just reduce ptoteinuria through drugs, the urine test will turn to negative soon and "+" will decrease. However, the deposited immune complex in kidney becomes more and more and the damage to kidney keeps going on, the final result is the rise of creatinine and Renal Failure occurs.

During the process of worsening of disease, patients can not feel it by themselves. That is because kidneys have strong compensation function. Patients will not feel the obvious discomforts until more than a half of nephrons can not work normally. In general, most of patients will not do punctures, so they have no idea about the degree of deterioration. When proteinuria is being treated repeatedly, unwittingly, Renal Failure comes.

So patients should not ignore the treatments of proteinuria, even though there are no obvious discomforts. But what is important is that finding the right way of treating proteinuria. Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy is used to make the traditional Chinese medicine penetrates glomerulus basement membrane directly and acts on focus, which can diminish inflammation, sterilize and eliminate the immune complex totally and treat proteinuria from the root.

How Can Renal Failure Patients Decline Creatinine

Renal Failure patients care much about that how to control creatinine well , how to reduce it efficiently and how to avoid rising?

That the kidney can not be controlled is the primary reason of high creatinine for Renal Failure patients, if it can not be controlled efficiently, finally it will transform into uremia. So we must reduce creatinine and treat Renal Failure efficiently.

■Taking medicine of expelling of toxins and declining creatinine
After kidney function is abnormal, that expelling toxins from urine is influenced. To get rid of some toxins from intestinal tract should be considered. But taking medicine only can prolong the speed of kidney lesion, can not control completely, so creatinine is easy to rebound. The aim of taking medicine is just to make kidney lesion slower.

■Adopting dialysis therapy to decline creatinine
Dialysis can take the place of some function of kidney to purify the toxins in the blood, which can reduce the damage that complications bring to human body. The short-term effect of dialysis is obvious, it can eliminate toxins quickly, which provide a good internal environment for treatment. But once dialysis stops, creatinine will rise again. Moreover, long-term dialysis can lead to that kidney function lose gradually, even can be thrown out of use.

■Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy
The main function of Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy is to eliminate the immune complexes that cause the damage of glomerulus basilar membrane and lesion tissues , at the same time, to repair glomerulus basilar membrane. As long as we repair the damaged basilar membrane, change kidney structure and enlarge the filtration acreage of glomerulus, creatinine will be declined gradually. But this needs a process, at this time, patients must prevent cold, control diet and mood and control blood pressure, blood sugar these factors. As long as we pay attention to them, creatinine can be controlled.

Is High Creatinine Equal to Renal Failure

Is high creatinine equal to Renal Failure? Maybe many patients want to know whether they get Renal Failure when creatinine is high.

Renal Failure refers to a pathological state that kidney function has lost partly or totally. Healthy kidneys can keep your blood clean through removing the excessive fluid, minerals and wastes and ensure the stability of inner environment of body and metabolism can proceed normally. But if the kidneys are damaged, these harmful substances will deposit in the kidneys and damage kidney inherent tissues and cells. In clinical, kidney failure also known as CKD 5, in this stage, it means that patients' Glomerular Filtration Rate is lower than 15ml/min and the damage of kidney function is very severe.

Creatinine is a chemical waste product produced in our body as a result of muscle metabolism. The breakdown of goods can also produce some creatinine , healthy kidneys remove creatinine from our blood and deposit in urine for removal from our body, it can keep the creatinine level in a normal range. When there is high creatinine level, it can tell that glomerular filtration function get a damge.

If someone is diagnosed with Kidney Failure, his creatinine level must be high. However, if someone’s creatinine level is high, he may not develop into Kidney Failure yet. His disease may be just in stage 2 or stage 3 of chronic kidney disease. If so, his illness condition is still reversible by effective and timely treatment, so dialysis or kidney transplant can be avoided and the patients can live a better life. Therefore, if you have a high creatinine level now, you need to take effective treatment as soon as possible to prevent your disease from real Kidney Failure.

When should Renal Failure Patients Take Dialysis

When should Renal Failure Patients Take Dialysis
It is very common that dialysis will be used for Renal Failure patients. And high creatinine levels usually happen in patients with Renal Failure. Generally speaking, dialysis will be recommended when creatinine levels reaches to about 5 while in China, it is 8. As a matter of fact, the creatinine levels has no direct relation with dialysis, that is to say, only a creatinine level can not decide whether dialysis is needed or not. In clinical, some patients have already started dialysis even though their creatinine level doesn't reach to 5 and also there are many patients have not begun dialysis though their creatinine level is too much higher than 5. Different people have different conditions, just likes the physical quality of two persons is different. Then when is dialysis necessary?

When the high creatinine begins to cause some symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, somnolence, heart problems and so on, dialysis must be used to help them eliminate the waste products and excessive water. However, dialysis does lower creatinine obviously and the excessive water, as to the aspect that repairing the damaged kidney inherent cells and recovering kidney function, dialysis does nothing. Moreover, the final result of dialysis must be a kidney function, Renal Failure patients are eager to avoid or get rid of dialysis. For Renal Failure Patients, Dialysis Is Not A Long Plan for The Future.

The clinical experience has been showed that Chinese herbal medicines can enhance the kidney function, you could never imagine how excited they are when patients see they can pass urine again. As long as the kidney function can be enhanced to about 20%, dialysis is likely to be stopped. More kidney function is left, better the prognosis will be.
