It is a common phenomenon for the dialysis with a high creatinine level, and
some of the dialysis patients have the same doubt, if drink water can lower the
high cretinine? Read the following information, you can find the answer.
What Is Creatinine?
Creatinine is a chemical waste product in the blood that passes through the
kidneys to be filtered and eliminated in urine. The chemical waste is a
by-product of normal muscle contractions. Creatinine is made from creatine, a
supplier of energy to the muscle.
Women usually have lower creatinine levels compared to men because women have
less muscle tissue. Among adults withoutkidney disease, men have approximately
0.6 to 1.2 milligrams/deciliters (mg/dL) of creatinine, whereas women have
between 0.5 to 1.1 mg/dL of creatinine.
Generally, creatinine levels in the blood remain unchanged from day to day
because muscle mass usually stays the same. Taking certain medicines, eating a
lot of meat or building muscles through weight training or other exercise may
show higher amounts of creatinine, even in those who don’t have chronic kidney
disease (CKD). Creatinine levels can be lower than normal for people who are
elderly, malnourished or vegetarian.
Creatinine and chronic kidney disease
When there is kidney damage or kidney disease, and the kidneys are not able
to filter waste efficiently, there will likely be a rise in creatinine levels in
the blood. For adults with kidney disease, dialysis is recommended when
creatinine levels reach 10.0 mg/dL. For babies with kidney disease, dialysis is
recommended when their creatinine level is 2.0 mg/dL.
One of the symptoms is the edema, so the patients who have the serious edema
should control the amount of the water. Too much water intake can aggravate the
disease. You don’t should rely on the water to lower the high creatienine, you
should find effective therapies to lower the creatinine. There are a lot of the
Chinese medical therapies can lower the high creatinine for the dialysis
patients, such as the Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotehrapy. Send emails to

Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy Helps You Avoid or Stop Dialysis
Dialysis is a lifesaving treatment for those with end stage renal disease
(ESRD). However, with both peritoneal dialysis (PD) and hemodialysis, there are
occasions when a patient may have side effects from the treatment.
These side effects can be mild or severe, depending on the patient’s condition and whether or not they’re following their dietary and fluid restrictions. Most of these side effects can be managed if the patient carefully follows their healthcare team’s dietary and fluid intake recommendations.
In Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital, various of Chinese therapies are used to help save kidneys by repairing kidney damage and recovering renal function. With the recovery of renal function, dialysis times will be reduced and dialysis can be even stopped if the renal function can increase to an ideal level.
Here we will take Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy for an example. This treatment is based on Chinese herbal medicine, but compared to traditional Chinese medicine, it is used externally. The proper Chinese herbal medicine will be chosen and then processed, and then put into two bags. Kidney failure patients just need to lie on the bed to take the treatment, that is because two bags will be put under the lower back of patients. In order to guarantee the active materials of Chinese herbal medicine can directly arrive at kidneys through permeating into skin, osmosis device will be used.
Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can play a series of special functions such as expanding blood vessels, improving blood circulation, removing blood stasis and immune complexes, improving blood circulation, anti-inflammation, anti-coagulation, degradation, promoting DNA replication of damaged inherent cells and offering kidneys nutrients to recover renal function.
So, if you want to avoid or stop dialysis, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can be your best choice. Feel free to contact us if having any questions.

Treatment and Diet for Dialysis Patients
In the clinic, dialysis can be a common treatment for kidney failure
patients, however, dialysis will not be good to every patient. Here we will talk
about diet and other treatments for dialysis patients.
Diet for dialysis patients
First, it’s different from the food choices you may already be making and second, try not to make too many changes at once. Some people on the dialysis diet start out focusing on what they “can’t” eat. While there are certainly foods and beverages to avoid, remember that following dialysis nutrition guidelines is a way to take control of your health and have a better quality of life. Think of the dialysis diet as an opportunity to try new things.
Other treatment for dialysis patients
It is a fact that no one kidney failure patient wants to experience dialysis patient. And we are here helping every patient save their own kidneys by repairing kidney damage and recover renal function. in our hospital, many Chinese therapies are used to play the special functions such as expanding blood vessels, improving blood circulation, removing blood stasis and immune complexes out of body, anti-inflammation, anti-coagulation, offering kidneys nutrients and promoting DNA replication of damaged inherent cells to gradually repair kidney damage and recover renal function. with the recovery of renal function, the dialysis times will be reduced and even dialysis can be stopped.
Do you want to save your won kidneys with natural treatments? Any questions about diet and treatments for dialysis patients? Feel free to contact our online doctor, we are glad to help you.

Treatment for Dialysis Patients with Skin Problems
Some patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) who are on dialysis may notice some unpleasant changes in their skin. Three skin conditions that sometimes affect those on dialysis include itching (pruritus), dry skin (xerosis) and skin discoloration (hyperpigmentation). Learning why these skin conditions happen, and what can be done to prevent or ease the problem, can help keep skin as healthy as possible.
In our hospital, we use many types of Chinese therapies to help kidney failure patients, such as oral Chinese herbal medicines, foot bath, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, medicated bath and so on.
Here we would like to take micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy for an example. It is a new type of Chinese herbal medicine, but used externally. Patients just need to lie on the bed to take the treatment, that is because two bags filled with processed Chinese herbal medicine will be put under the lower back of patients. with the help of osmosis device, the active materials of Chinese herbal medicines will directly get to kidneys through permeating into the skin. All of the Chinese herbal medicines used in Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy come from the nature, so do not need to worry about side effects.
However, the most important thing is that Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can play special functions including anti-inflammation, anti-coagulation, degradation, expanding blood vessels, improving blood circulation, removing blood stasis and immune complexes out of body, offering kidneys nutrients and promoting DNA replication of damaged inherent cells. After those special functions, the kidney damage can be gradually repaired, also renal function will be improved.
So, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy is used to help patients reduce dialysis times and even stop dialysis. In that case, they do not need to experience skin problems and other dialysis problems, and the quality of life will be improved. Having any questions? Feel free to let us know, we are glad to help.

The Causes and Treatment for Dialysis Patients Have Breathing Problems
It is a common phenomenon for the dialysis patients have the breath problems.
And it is so necessary for them to know the causes and treatments for this
problem. Next I will discus the problem with you.
What Causes Breathing Problems?
There are many causes of breathing problems. Some people have difficulty breathing when they get a cold. Others have trouble breathing because of occasional bouts of acute sinusitis. Sinusitis can make it difficult to breathe through your nose for a week or two until the inflammation subsides and the congested sinuses begin to drain.
Many breathing problems are chronic or long-term. These common breathing problems include chronic sinusitis, allergies, and asthma. These problems can cause a host of symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, chest congestion, cough, wheezing, labored breathing, and shallow breathing.
Which Tests Are Used to Diagnose Breathing Problems? continued...
Spirometry is a simple breathing test. It measures how much air you can blow out of your lungs and how fast you can blow it. This breathing test is used to determine the amount of airway obstruction. A methacholine challenge test may be performed to help establish adiagnosis of asthma. Your doctor will know which test is best for your situation.
In some cases, the doctor may take an X-ray to see the structures inside your chest, including the heart, lungs, and bones. A chest X-ray is a good test to diagnose pneumonia. It can't, though, identify most breathing problems by itself. For some people with breathing problems, a CT scan of the chest is needed. This scan looks for any problems in the lungs. A CT scan uses X-rays and a computer to create detailed images.
And there is a good news to the dialysis who have the breath problem, there are so many natural remedies which can deal with this problem, such as the Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotehrapy. If you want to try our therapy, you can send emails to kidneyhospitalabroad@hotmail.com, or add my whatsapp +86 13383015760.

High Cretainine Level be Reduced Naturally for Kidney Failure Patients with Dialysis
The high creatinine level is one of the obvious symptoms of the kidney
failure. And the more high creatinine level means the more serious kidney
failure. and do you know how to reduce the high creatinine naturally for the
kidney failure patients with dialysis?
here are two things to know about the dialysis diet: First, it’s different from the food choices you may already be making and second, try not to make too many changes at once. Some people with kidney failure who are on the dialysis diet (also known as a kidney diet) start out focusing on what they “can’t” eat. While there are certainly foods and beverages to avoid, remember that following dialysis nutrition guidelines is a way to take control of your health and have a better quality of life.
How to approach a kidney diet
Think of the dialysis diet as an opportunity to try new things. Exploring delicious kidney-friendly recipes, planning meals on theDaVita Diet Helper and sharing them with your family can be fun and enjoyable.
Know the kidney diet differences
Pre-Dialysis DietDialysis DietDiet Tip
FluidFluid, which can be found in everything from beverages to fruit and vegetables, is usually not restricted at this point. Most people ondialysis need to limit fluid intake to 4-8 cups a day.Frozen grapes, lemon wedges, mouthwash rinses and ice help decrease thirst.
PotassiumYou likely won't be on a restrictedpotassium diet unless your blood levels are high.Your type of treatment and personal lab results will determine if a low-potassium diet is needed.Limit common potassium sources such as bananas, oranges, potatoes, tomato products, avocado, yogurt and nuts.
PhosphorusIf labs show you have highphosphoruslevels, you may be eating less dairy, nuts, legumes, meat and soy.People on dialysis generally continue to limit foods high in phosphorus and often take phosphate binders to keep levels in a healthy range.Read food labels closely and look for phosphate additives that can add a significant amount to your daily intake.
SodiumYou’re probably limiting yoursodium intake to around 1,500 mg a day—choosing fresh foods over processed, picking low-sodium products and eating fewer fast foods.Your new daily target could be from 1,000 mg to 3,000 mg depending on your treatment type. You’ll still want to continue eating fresh, low-sodium, home-cooked meals.Discover a whole new world of low-sodium flavors with herbs, spices, vinegar and flavored oils.
I hope these information can help you a lot. and there are a lot of Chinese medical treatments can deal with the kidney failure with high creatinine level. you can send emails to kidneyhospitalabroad@hotmail.com to contact us, or add my whatsapp +86 13383015760.

Why Do Kidney Failure Patients with Dialysis Stop Urinating
In order to survive, some kidney failure patients choose to do the dialysis.
While, they surprised to find that they still stop urinating. What should they
do?
Although the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is very low in patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), the urine output is variable, ranging from oliguria to normal or even above normal levels. These findings are related to the fact that the urine output is determined not by the GFR alone, but also by the difference between the GFR and the rate of tubular reabsorption. If, for example, a patient with advanced acute or chronic kidney failure has a GFR of 5 L/day (versus the normal of 140 to 180L/day), the daily urine output will still be 1.5 L if only 3.5 L of the filtrate is reabsorbed.
It had been thought that tubular damage impaired the ability to reabsorb sodium and water, thereby contributing to the maintenance of an adequate urine output in this setting. However, it seems more likely that volume expansion (due to initial sodium retention) and a urea osmotic diuresis (as the daily urea load is excreted by fewer functioning nephrons), due in part to solute intake, play a more important role in the persistent urine output .
In comparison, water intake (which usually determines the urine output via changes in the secretion of antidiuretic hormone [ADH]) plays relatively little role in regulating the urine output in advanced kidney disease. These patients can neither dilute nor concentrate the urine normally; the range of urine osmolality that can be achieved may vary from a minimum of 200mosmol/kg to a maximum of 300 mosmol/kg, compared with 50 to 1200mosmol/kg in normal subjects . The net effect of this ADH resistance is that variations in ADH release in response to changes in water intake have relatively little effect on the urine output .
Please don’t worry it too much, because there are a lot of the Chinese medical treatments can help the kidney failure patients produce the urine. Such as the micro-Chinese medicine osmotehrapy. If you want to know more information about it, you can send emails to kidneyhospitalabroad@hotmail.com or add my whatsapp +86 13383015760.
